Job summary

RA Sushi - Addison is seeking a team-oriented dining room assistant to help keep tables, sushi bar and lounge areas clean and ready between courses. You will support servers with drink refills and clearing tables, and assist with setting up for large parties to ensure smooth seating.

• Experience in front-of-house operations is helpful.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of front of house including all tables, chairs, and floors.
• Keeps service and bus stations clean and organized; refills soy bottles.
• Assists hosts with setting up and breaking down tables as needed.
• Refills beverages such as soda, iced tea, and water on request.
• Clears dishes, silverware, and glassware between courses and after guests leave.
• Monitors restrooms and reports issues to management.
• Assists with spills to ensure guest safety.
• Leaves restaurant clean at end of shift.
• Assists customers with inquiries as needed.
• Removes trash and breaks down boxes for bar and restaurant.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
