Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Basic food safety knowledge.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Previous restaurant, catering or hotel kitchen experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports problems immediately.
• Monitors water temperature for sanitary wash cycle.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keeps dish room clean and organized.
• Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Cleans food prep and production areas as required.
• Fills in to ensure smooth operation as directed by manager or chef.
