RA Sushi - Addison is seeking a friendly bartender to expertly mix cocktails and pour sake while delivering attentive service to guests and servers.

You will greet guests, take beverage orders, prepare drinks per recipes, check IDs, and handle cash at the bar. A background in Japanese cuisine and familiarity with wine and sake are a plus. Applicants must be 21+ and, ideally, have a HS diploma and Responsible Alcohol Service certification.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of bartending experience preferred.
• Experience with Japanese cuisine, especially sushi and sake, preferred.
• Basic knowledge of wine, spirits and sake.
• Certified in Responsible Alcohol Service as required.
• Must be 21 years or older; HS diploma preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and take beverage orders from servers or guests.
• Prepare beverage orders promptly according to server tickets.
• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes and standards.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol; report underage or intoxicated customers.
• Ring up drinks and food in the POS; handle cash and balance receipts.
• Keep bar clean, stocked, and organized; report defects to management.
