RA Sushi - Addison is hiring a kitchen team member to handle grilled, fried, and sautéed items, prep ingredients, and plate dishes while maintaining a sanitary station.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation.
• Bilingual preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs preparations of all recipes with portion sizes and quality standards.
• Prepares a variety of hot and cold items using standardized recipes.
• Plans food production to align with meal serving hours while preserving quality and temperature.
• Selects knives, tools, and equipment to portion, cook, grill, and garnish food.
• Maintains sanitation and personal hygiene per Kitchen Guide and Employee Handbook.
• Keeps Head Kitchen Chef informed of inventories and reports repair needs.
• Communicates with Lead Line Cook to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follows federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Keeps work area neat and clean; maintains equipment.
