King's Fish House is hiring a Front of House Supervisor in California. You will support the management team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, coaching staff to deliver exceptional service while learning the business and growing your career.

Expect an hourly wage of $20–$25 depending on experience, with premium benefits, training, and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 to serve alcoholic beverages.
• High school graduate; some college.
• Any previous supervisor experience.
• Food Handler Card.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to upsell menu items.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening duties as assigned and to standard.
• Seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Transfer guest checks from bar to dining room.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly.
• Interact professionally with guests and co-workers.
• Resolve guest concerns calmly and effectively.
• Follow management instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Supervise assistants to ensure optimum service.
• Complete closing reports and hand over to management.
• Document orders if POS is inoperative.
• Assist with updating menus and wine lists.
