Job summary

King's Fish House is looking for Front of House Supervisors to join our hospitality-driven team. You will support the management staff, handle guest interactions, expedite orders, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to compute basic math calculations.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain organization under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening duties and perform tasks to standard.
• Seat guests promptly and courteously, honoring reservations or walk-ins.
• Ensure transfer of guest checks between staff.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Interact professionally with guests, supervisors, and coworkers; resolve complaints effectively.
• Follow manager instructions and maintain cleanliness of guest restrooms.
• Lead assigned assistants to ensure optimum guest service; assist during shifts.
