King's Fish House is hiring for a Front of House Supervisor to support management with guest services in a fast-paced, friendly setting. You will learn the business and grow your career through hands-on experience and structured training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• High school graduate, some college acceptable.
• Any previous supervisor experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening duties as assigned and to standard.
• Seat guests promptly and courteously, handling special requests.
• Ensure transfer of guest checks from bartender and cocktail servers to dining room servers.
• Anticipate Guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all Guests.
• Interact with Guests, supervisors and co-workers in a courteous manner.
• Guide the activities of assistants to ensure optimum service.
• Complete closing reports and leave duty after reporting to Manager.
• Update menus and wine lists for managers.
