Job summary

Angel of the Winds Casino Resort in Arlington, WA seeks an experienced Front-of-House Supervisor to oversee operations for 210 Brewery. You will lead staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and keep beverage costs in line with budgets, while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service skills, and a track record in a high-volume restaurant environment. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service and communication skills required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Three to five years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant operations setting with supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of beverage and wine service, products, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house operations for 210 Brewery.
• Coordinate with Beverage Operations Manager and culinary staff to maintain standards.
• Greet guests and ensure professional, attentive service.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations; ensure compliance with usage and safety policies.
• Maintain inventory levels and control beverage costs; monitor P&L considerations.
