Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC seeks a Part-time Front of House Supervisor for Seven Grille at The Federal Hotel in Downtown Carson City, NV. You will oversee shift operations, collaborate with kitchen staff, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires 2+ years in food & beverage, a 2–4 year degree or equivalent, and strong communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, promotions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two-year experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; ability to delegate and manage manpower.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift's restaurant operations and liaise with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and safety.
• Interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, coach and counsel staff; recommend performance reviews.
• Create and implement promotions, buffet presentations and ideas to attract more guests.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and sanitation standards; monitor bar profitability.
• Update cash management systems and prepare reports for restaurant administration.
• May serve as manager on duty and handle other duties as assigned.
