Qualifications

• Two-to-four year college degree or equivalent education/experience.

• Ability to delegate, manage manpower and establish priorities consistent with department/hotel objectives.
• Listen effectively.
• Communicate to both guests and fellow associates, professionally and positively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest needs, issues and complaints to ensure quality experience and future sales prospects.
• Update cash management system and generate reports to aid restaurant administration.
• May serve as manager on duty and perform other duties as assigned.

Avoid legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of the alcoholic beverage commission.
