Responsibilities include maintaining service excellence, quality, sanitation, and staff training while contributing to overall guest satisfaction and consistent dining experiences. Opportunities for growth exist within the Jacobs Entertainment family.

• Ensure service excellence by fostering a positive guest experience and proactively addressing customer concerns

• Maintain all sanitation and health department requirements
• Assist in all dining room personnel hiring and training
• Implement proper chain of command leadership
• Assist in maintaining and guiding all dining area personnel training, records, scheduling, and development
