King's Fish House in Calabasas, CA is looking for Front of House Supervisors to join our team. You will support management, greet guests and uphold service standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food.
• High school graduate; some college.
• Any previous supervisor experience.
• Food Handler Card.
• English communication, verbal and written.
• Able to compute basic math and stay organized under pressure.
• Able to upsell menu items and beverages.
• Able to handle tense situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening duties as assigned and to standard.
• Seat Guests promptly and courteously; accommodate requests.
• Ensure transfer of guest checks between stations.
• Anticipate Guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Interact courteously with Guests and co-workers.
• Follow Manager’s instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms.
• Update menus and wine lists for managers.
