Responsibilities

• Complete opening duties as assigned and to standard.
• Seat Guests promptly and courteously, accommodating special requests.
• Ensure transfer of guest checks and uphold service standards.
• Anticipate Guests' needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all Guests.
• Interact respectfully with Guests, supervisors and co-workers.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues.
