Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of restaurant supervision or management experience.
• Experience in full-service and fine dining is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Toast POS systems.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff through constant communication during service.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service.
• Monitor food quality from kitchen to dining room.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Oversee opening/closing start-up and shut-down of restaurant equipment.
• Cover FOH shifts during peak hours as needed.
• Complete shift reports and use the POS system.
