• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
• Providing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House staff including evaluations and coaching
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Ensuring Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Mentoring key FOH employees and conducting daily feedback
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, hiring FOH staff
• Scheduling and directing staff before, during, and after opening hours
• Creating a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures
