You will train staff, coach performance, manage liquor orders, schedule shifts, and participate in hiring decisions. The position emphasizes teamwork, guest focus, and leadership within a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House teams and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ability to train and develop hourly staff and assistant managers.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Strong performance management, coaching, and discipline skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of House daily operations and staff.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide Front of House training and performance feedback.
• Manage liquor orders and control costs.
• Direct scheduling and task delegation before, during, and after open hours.
• Review applications, interview, hire or recommend Front of House staff.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values.
