Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. This bonus-eligible role offers total cash compensation from $70,304 to $90,000 annually, based on store performance and base salary of $70,304.

Responsibilities

Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
Enforcing employment policies and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
Providing or directing Front of House training
Managing performance of Front of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
Developing key employees and conducting daily feedback sessions
Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
Directing work, setting hours and weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
Creating a fun, safe environment by living core values and goals
Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
