Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations, drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and enforce all policies. You will train staff, manage schedules, supervise performance, and oversee liquor orders and safety compliance in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing Front of House employee performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff through daily feedback during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work, setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
• Creating a fun, safe environment through core values, contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
