Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Overseeing cleanliness and safety, and enforcing employment policies
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Liquor orders and cost control
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key FOH staff and scheduling
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring FOH staff
• Directing work for staff including hours, schedules, and tasks
• Creating a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
