Epping Forest Yacht and Country Club in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a creative service leader to supervise the front of house team, including servers, bartenders, food runners, and hosts.

You will train staff, oversee daily service operations, and push the envelope in catering and beverage service while ensuring member satisfaction.

Ideal candidate has 3 years of serving or bartending experience, a strong wine and beverage knowledge, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Competenze

• Must have 3 years of serving and/or bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of other front-of-house positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Working knowledge of Jonas POS system is a plus.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Mansioni

• Supervise the front of house staff including servers, bartenders, food runners, server assistants and host team.
• Assist in training and development of staff.
• Ensure high level of member satisfaction and smooth daily operations.
