Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a courteous Server for the Mansion outlet. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences, maintain high service standards, and assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

You will report to the Mansion Supervisor and contribute to smooth service flow, accurate check handling, and presentation standards. This role supports a premier hospitality environment with opportunities for growth and professional

Responsibilities

• Maintain punctual and dependable attendance.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and uniform standards.
• Complete assigned side work before the start of service.
• Prepare dining room tables, ensuring glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, flowers, tables, and chairs meet established presentation standards.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to review daily specials and operational updates.
• Greet members and guests immediately with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Guide members and guests through their dining experience and provide attentive service throughout the meal.
• Answer questions regarding menu offerings and beverage selections.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with club service standards.
• Maintain clean and properly set tables throughout service.
• Accurately enter and process member checks in a timely manner.
• Communicate with management regarding service flow and closing procedures.
• Complete assigned station cleaning and side work responsibilities.
• Reconcile and close all member checks at the end of each shift.
• Submit required checkout paperwork and reports to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support exceptional member service.

The Opportunity

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club is seeking a Server in our Mansion outlet to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests by providing attentive food and beverage service, maintaining dining room standards, ensuring accurate order and check handling, and creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout each meal. You will report to the Mansion Supervisor and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and plays a key role in upholding the club's service standards and member satisfaction.
