Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club is seeking a service leader to push the envelope in food and beverage operations, focusing on upscale service and wine knowledge. The role includes supervising Ala Carte staff, training and developing team members, and coordinating with the Assistant Food & Beverage Director to ensure top-tier guest experiences.

Responsibilities include managing Wheelhouse Cafe staff, covering MOD shifts in the Mansion, and maintaining smooth service through coaching,

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisory experience and two years of serving experience in a luxury club or resort, including training of new servers.
• Must include use of a Point Of Sale (POS) system.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow written and/or oral direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Ala Carte staff in cooperation and absence of the Assistant Food & Beverage Director.
• Train and develop staff and assume ultimate responsibility for service and operations.
• Work cooperatively with other supervisors within F&B.
• Supervise, hire and train Wheelhouse Cafe staff then cover MOD shifts in the Mansion.
• Ensure dining rooms are ready for service and manage reservations and guest profiles.
• Coach staff on service quality and hospitality to maintain high standards.
