Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Florida is seeking a dynamic front-of-house leader to supervise servers, bartenders, runners, servers assistants and host staff in daily resort operations.

You will guide training, uphold service standards, and work with a multi-cultural team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. A background in beverages and wine is valued; 3+ years of serving or bartending is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of serving and/or bartending experience.
• Working knowledge of Jonas POS system is a plus.
• Experience in high-end resort or country club preferred; not mandatory.
• Must be outgoing with a friendly attitude and English communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house staff (servers, bartenders, food runners, server assistants and host team) in daily operations including set-up and breakdown.
• Assist in training and development of staff and assume responsibility for service and operations as directed by management.
• Ensure a high level of member satisfaction in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
