Qualifications

• Two (2) years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Two (2) years of serving experience in a luxury club or resort.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Ala Carte staff and cover MOD shifts.
• Train and develop staff and ensure service quality.
• Assign stations and opening/closing sidework to staff.
• Confirm dinner reservations and issue member profile cards to staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining-room stations and equipment.
• Circulate to coach and direct service during peak hours and manage labor costs.
