Job summary

You’ll be hands-on, sometimes on breaks, and ready to jump into tasks to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll bring knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Understanding cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administration.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality food is served and maintained on the line.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety standards.
• Monitor hand washing, glove changes, and temperature controls on the line.
• Address customer incidents and foster positive guest experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support with office tasks and supplies management to ensure smooth operations.
