Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You’ll maintain a clean, organized line and help train the restaurant crew in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Knowledge of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Understanding of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe, clean, and on-brand restaurant line.
• Ensure high-quality food is served and customer issues are resolved.
• Monitor breaks, schedule changes, and line staffing.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties and supply management as needed.
