The Inn at Little Washington, located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains, invites you to join our team for an entry-level Front of House role. Our goal is to deliver a 5-Star, 5-Diamond, 3-Michelin Star experience to every guest.

You will support the Dining Room team, maintain service areas, and learn dining room etiquette and standards. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement in a renowned, award-winning property.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Well-groomed and well-presented with no visible tattoos.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily Front of House operations to deliver a 5-Star, 5-Diamond, 3-Michelin Star experience to all guests.
• Maintain all aspects of the service areas and support the Dining Room team.
• Demonstrates knowledge of dining room standards and table etiquette.
