The Inn at Little Washington invites you to join our award-winning team delivering a 5-Star, 5-Diamond hospitality experience. Lead daily Front of House operations and guide a team of professionals in a luxury setting.

As a senior FOH leader, you will uphold Forbes 5-Star standards, leverage extensive wine knowledge, and coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house to ensure flawless service. Excellent communicator with a passion for guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills.
• 2 years’ prior fine dining experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Well-groomed and well-presented with no visible tattoos.
• Reliable transportation.
• Advanced wine knowledge.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Mastery of Forbes 5-Star standards.
• CMS 1 & 2 highly recommended.
• Ability to communicate in a language other than English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Flawlessly execute mechanics and standards of service.
• Manage time-management and order-of-operations.
• Able to speak confidently about property and conduct tours.
• Delegate to front and back of house teams.
• Supervise breakfast service and beverage program.
• Maintain guest profiles in Tock to build the database.
• Writes accurate tickets for all tables with complete info.
• Lead staff performance reviews and mentor growth.
• Orchestrate private events and lead daily FOH ops.
