Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Food Handler Certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight of front-of-house operations and guest service quality.
• Lead a well-trained front-of-house team with emphasis on service etiquette and product knowledge.
• Develop and implement pricing and beverage strategy and supervise procurement of liquors and wines.
• Support General Manager in annual budgeting and financial objectives.
• Contribute to annual marketing plan and optimize cost controls and payroll.
• Coordinate training programs for staff and ensure regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure daily cleanliness and service area maintenance in collaboration with GM and Chef.
• Supervise non-supervisory service staff and uphold company policies and laws.
