Parker Hospitality invites dynamic hospitality professionals to join Parker Hospitality in St. Charles, IL as Front of House Manager.

You will oversee daily FOH operations, lead servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff, and partner with the AGM and General Manager to achieve outstanding guest experiences and operational goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication to mentor a team.
• Excellent guest service and ability to drive positive experiences.
• Proficiency with POS and basic operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring smooth service and brand standards.
• Lead FOH staff including servers, hosts, bartenders and support staff.
• Collaborate with AGM/GM on labor, budgeting, and inventory checks.
• Engage guests on the floor, resolve concerns, and drive satisfaction.
• Train staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, and maintain safety protocols.
• Direct supervision of shifts to ensure service efficiency and compliance.
