Job summary

Chick-fil-A Oregon seeks a Front of House Manager to lead FOH operations, drive guest experiences, and coach Team Members and Leaders. You’ll oversee guest service, dining room hospitality, drive-thru execution, and flow, while modeling Servant Leadership and ensuring fast, friendly service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, developing the FOH Team Leader Team, organizing strategy, and conducting bi-annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including mornings, evenings, weekends).
• Comfortable handling cash and managing financial reconciliation.
• Good organizational skills and ability to delegate and follow through.
• Strong alignment with Chick‑fil‑A Oregon values.

Responsibilities

• Own the entirety of the FOH guest experience across all destinations and dayparts.
• Oversee and improve all FOH operational systems and processes.
• Be aware of staffing for all days and dayparts in FOH.
• Lead, train, and develop the FOH Team Leader Team to run shifts.
• Lead, train, and develop all FOH Team Members to serve guests well.
• Create and update individual scoreboards for direct reports.
• Troubleshoot IT, equipment, and systems/processes in the FOH.
• Lead monthly FOH Team Leader meetings.
• Organize strategy around achieving thematic FOH goals.
• Conduct bi-annual performance reviews for team leaders and team members.
• Ensure healthy interpersonal team member relationships.
• Support and mentor Team Members, Shift Leaders to build a cohesive team.
• Collaborate with leadership on planning, goals, and performance analysis.
• Handle and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a hands-on presence during peak hours.
• Close at least two nights per week, including Friday or Saturday night.
• All other tasks as assigned.
