Job summary

Chick-fil-A Gateway – Lane County, OR is seeking a Front-of-House Team Leader to oversee guest-facing areas, including front counter, drive-thru, and mobile hand-offs. You will guide Team Members to deliver remarkable service with speed and a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll coach teams using the SERVE framework, run quick daily huddles, and maintain safety and a clean lobby while achieving strong guest satisfaction. Sundays off, competitive pay, and scholarships are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ months as a certified Trainer or equivalent leadership in service roles.
• Calm under pressure and data-driven decision making.
• Able to lift 40 lbs, stand and hustle for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest-facing arena: front counter, drive-thru, and mobile hand-off.
• Coach Team Members through the SERVE framework and daily huddles.
