Job summary

Idletyme, located on Mountain Road in Stowe, VT, is seeking a front-of-house manager to lead servers, bartenders, and support staff with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will train and mentor the FOH team, conduct pre-shift meetings, and uphold SOPs, policies, and health & safety standards while participating in weekly manager meetings and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in front-of-house management within hospitality or willingness to grow into leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and support teams
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism
• Oversee setup and presentation of dining areas to meet quality standards
• Participate in weekly manager meetings and bring solutions
• Train and mentor FOH staff on service, systems, and SOPs
• Conduct pre-shift meetings for staff preparation
• Ensure staff accountability with policies and procedures
• Provide real-time feedback to employees and management
• Resolve conflicts among team members
• Deliver exceptional service and promptly address guest concerns
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and handle guest issues professionally
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service
• Uphold Campfire Hospitality standards and health & safety compliance
