Job summary

Spruce Peak at Stowe Resort is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Front Drive and its parking, door, and bell teams, delivering the highest levels of guest service. You will oversee the bell/valet and ski valet operations, and support public, departmental, and employee relations to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and transportation options, with a focus on creating memorable guest

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest service background required.
• Hospitality Management Degree or Diploma is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management background required.
• Proven guest service record and strong managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Front Drive for the Lodge at Spruce Peak.
• Maintain efficient operation of bell/valet, ski valet, and guest services.
• Support public, departmental and employee relations.
• Ensure knowledge of hotel services, local events, and transportation options.
