Job summary

Bluegrass Hospitality Group is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee the day-to-day front of house operations in a full-service restaurant. You will join the store’s management team, focusing on Training, Service, Bar or Kitchen and reporting to the Managing Partner.

The position requires at least one year of related experience, English proficiency, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel); Toast and 7Shifts experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum of one-year related experience; or one year certificate from college or technical school in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively communicate through reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish speaking skills not required, but encouraged – Language learning program offered.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel are required, Toast and 7Shifts are not required but encouraged.
