Job summary

Bluegrass Hospitality Group is seeking an Associate Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a full-service setting. You will work as part of the management team, with a focus on training, service, bar, or kitchen responsibilities while upholding our 100% Guest Satisfaction standard.

The role offers a starting minimum salary of $48,000 with bonus opportunities, medical, life insurance, vacation and sick days, retirement plans, and a structured training program.

Qualifications

One year of related experience or a certificate from college or technical school in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Toast and 7Shifts encouraged but not required.
