Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Front of the House Manager for our Pepp & Dolores location in Deerfield, IL. This hourly manager role supports overall restaurant operations, leading FOH and BOH teams, ensuring exceptional service and quality food execution.

You will train and develop staff, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and uphold company standards across our nine concepts. The position offers growth opportunities and a strong focus on guest experience.
