Job summary

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is hiring an experienced Front of the House Manager for Pepper & Dolores in Deerfield. The role leads both front and back of house teams, ensures exceptional guest service, and maintains safety and quality standards to align with our brand.

You will develop staff, enforce performance expectations, and uphold company standards as the business grows within our expanding restaurant group.

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with leading the front of the house and back of the house teams.
• Developing all team members and holding them to our highest standards.
• Executing taste plates to ensure the highest quality of food product at all times.
• Monitoring safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Implementing and managing Thunderdome Restaurant Group standards and expectations.

The Hourly Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Hourly Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
