Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree preferred.
Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience required.
Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; well versed in food and wine pairings.
Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products.
ServSafe Certified preferred.
