Job Summary
Working as a Food Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure that the food offered to customers is of superior quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.
- Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality.
- Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests, the Client, and other departments within the operation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Two to four years of fine‑dining restaurant management experience required.
- Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; well versed in food and wine pairings.
- Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products.
- ServSafe Certified preferred.
