• Create daily shift setups and optimize peak-period performance.
• Coordinate team schedules and breaks.
• Manage Drive Thru operations and rotations.
• Ensure guest experiences meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH areas.
• Handle cash management and guest recovery.
• Ensure completion of operational and cleaning checklists.
• Execute Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy at all times.
