We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Manager to provide business service and administration procedures within the home, working alongside the Home Manager with guidance from the Senior Management Team. The role involves promoting the home and company to potential customers, authorities, and colleagues in a professional manner. You will liaise and build relationships with relatives, residents, service providers, and visitors, and conduct show rounds to prospective residents and families.
You will ensure that the reception area creates a positive first impression—being tidy, welcoming, and informative. Responsibilities include answering the telephone promptly, handling enquiries courteously, maintaining confidentiality, and following GDPR procedures.
Salary depends on experience and location.
