Job summary

Mile Marker 41 Bar & Grill in Hope Mills, NC is seeking an experienced FOH / Bar Manager to lead a busy restaurant. This hands-on role requires staying on the floor, guiding staff, and delivering exceptional guest hospitality.

You will oversee daily FOH and bar operations, build a strong team, manage scheduling and labor costs, inventory, beverage costs, and drive sales while maintaining high service standards. Competitive pay with potential year-end bonuses based on performance.
