Job summary

StaffedUp is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, supervise servers, bartenders, bussers, and kitchen staff, and ensure smooth operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll handle scheduling, coaching, and training, monitor service quality and cleanliness, and manage cash handling and shift reports. A hospitality focus and strong leadership are essential for success in this role.
