As a Front of House Manager, you'll help lead daily operations, coach and develop Team Members and leaders, uphold hospitality, customer service, and operational standards, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment focused on growth, accountability, and teamwork.

Build a positive, high-accountability work environment through coaching, development, and leadership
Train and develop Team Members and leaders on Chick-fil-A hospitality and operational standards
Oversee and support smooth Front of House operations during fast-paced shifts
Deliver strong guest experiences through hospitality, professionalism, and operational excellence
Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure speed, accuracy, and quality of service
Delegate tasks and support team execution during high-volume operations
Oversee Front of House systems, inventory, cleanliness, and overall organization
Review labor and operational performance reports and help identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with executive leadership and the Owner/Operator to support restaurant growth and development
1–2 years minimum of leadership, hospitality, customer service, restaurant, or operations experience required
Restaurant leadership experience preferred, not required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Able to coach, develop, and positively influence others
Able to stay professional and composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong work ethic, accountability, and a clear leadership presence
Able to prioritize tasks and lead operational execution effectively
Basic computer and iPad proficiency required
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Open Availability Monday-Saturday strongly preferred
