Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, food safety, and BOH labor schedules.

Aufgaben

• Oversee BOH scheduling, food and supply ordering, and inventory control.
• Manage cost of goods and maintain profitability goals.
• Train and coach staff; lead successful shifts using restaurant systems.
• Ensure a clean, organized kitchen and compliance with health regulations.
• Implement new menus, recipes, and promotions as delegated by GM.
