Job summary

Truce in Franklin, TN is seeking a hands-on Hospitality Manager to lead all Front-of-House operations, set the guest experience, and uphold the brand’s standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will oversee service flow, dining room standards, drive-thru and pickup lanes, train teams, schedule shifts, and ensure food safety and exceptional guest care. Minimum 3 years as a restaurant manager and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 21.
• 3+ years of manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Valid driver’s license; background check required; ServSafe and ABC Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day FOH operations, including service flow, cashier accuracy, and expo/handoff.
• Maintain uncompromising guest experience, speed, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Drive throughput by optimizing FOH deployment and peak-period execution.
• Oversee shift setups, sidework, and daypart readiness across all hours.
• Lead by example and uphold FOH standards and hospitality scripts.
• Recruit, train, develop, and coach FOH teams; build bench strength.
