Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and well‑trained restaurant crew. You’ll keep the line clean, supervise line equipment, and proactively assist with tasks when busy.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, supporting food safety, monitoring schedules, and helping with crew development and office duties. This role emphasizes hands‑on leadership and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature on the line.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and banking tasks.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and functioning.
