Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. This role keeps a clean, organized line with functioning equipment and requires leadership to guide breaks, shifts, and line schedules.

You will develop and cross-train front-of-house crew, assist with performance reviews, and help advance future leaders while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and maintaining strong food safety

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and running with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet and clocked in; assist with tasks when not busy.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with cross-training.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with crew performance reviews.
