Job summary

KPOT is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our Massachusetts locations. The role emphasizes exceptional hospitality, staff coaching, and quick, capable problem-solving in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will oversee service standards, manage shifts, labor, and guest flow, while ensuring brand adherence and strong guest experiences. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading full-service restaurant operations and bartending.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification.
• Proficient in Toast POS and scheduling/inventory systems.
• Demonstrates clear, high-level communication to lead teams.
• Solid experience with P&L management, labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings focused on service, upselling, and brand standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of brand standards and procedures.
• Oversee floor operations, shift management, labor cuts, and engage with customers.
• Lead all front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Monitor table turns, wait times, and guest flow.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain communication with Franchise Partner on daily operations and KPIs.
• Partner with Operations Manager to align on targets and compliance.
